The task of this paper is to provide the readers on the role of project management research in the proper project management task. The application of the research is mostly significant and beneficial if applied to project management operations. The study believes that the essence of project management is to bring the work successfully by adhering into a structural schema of completion in an organized and systematic manner. This paper attempts to present the factors and elements related to the unsuccessful management of project and offering effective and efficient strategies and principles to use in order to have a fruitful output.

            Hence, the study would like to answer the problem on how project management will be done successfully and what strategies are effective as an operational framework to be utilized during the implementation and exercise of the project? The significance of this study is its noble contribution to the knowledge management of project managers. This will help to provide new insights and information with regards to project management researches and how to make an effective project management.

            The use of Even Chain methodology is significant as well as the Theory of Constraints. Using a qualitative and quantitative approach will support the main thesis of this paper.
